Your life, your way
Psychological support for a good life
Enhancing mental wellbeing for all New Zealanders
We believe the time is right for a paradigm shift away from reactive approaches that address “mental illness” and “challenging behaviour” to prevention approaches that prioritise lifelong health and wellbeing.
We have created services where individuals, whānau and organisations can access high-quality, evidence-based psychological support wherever they are in Aotearoa.
Our Good Lives service is powered by our team of high skilled psychologists at 3 Big Things. We are dedicated to delivering practical, high quality supports to disabled and autistic people, their whanau and support people.
Who we work with
Our dedicated Good Lives team offers specialised assistance to people with diverse needs. This includes support for disabled people, autistic people, people who have experienced serious injury as well as children who have faced trauma or have complex well-being needs.
We provide support and advice related to:

We recognise that colonisation has a lasting legacy in Aotearoa. We are committed to the Treaty of Waitangi. Cultural awareness requires self-awareness and humility, courage to welcome diversity and the determination to challenge discrimination. We pay attention to your cultural identity and the cultural identity of those you work with.
